I’m confused. Is this about the flooding? I hate Trump as much as the next man, but he doesn’t control the weather. What is this person expecting?

Edit: There is no mention of Epstein here. Downvoting genuine confusion? Should I be aware of everything? Reddit vibes.

It seems like they shifted topics from the Texas flooding to the Epstein debacle mid-paragraph. Unless there’s something else Trump is trying to gloss over, maybe the lack of sirens for Kerr County?

I think she just threw in the part about Texas as a “something bad happened to people near me, so I deserve to get what I want”

It could be about the Epstein files.

It could be about Texas, where cuts to NOAA are already being felt, because Project 2025 wants to kill agencies, or maim them so they can be bought up and privatized.

In either case, Fascist 47 is at fault, as is his administration.

I was confused as well. Had to read it three times. Thought she conflated Trump’s words on Epstein with the flood victims.

Her comment says “to bring sick perversion to account”.

How could that be about flooding?

I didn’t downvote you, but come on.

It’s a pretty common belief amongst religious people (mostly Christians of a certain ilk) that natural disasters such as floods are caused by perversion (they mean gay people). Not that much of a stretch.
