I’m going for the hole in the ground. Dig a hole about 6’ deep, lie down flat and gently pull the dirt over you. Peace at last.
Why light pressure “soup” w no crema?
Should qualify that I’m V60 light ethiopian with cooler temps. More fruity flavours as you go longer off the boil.
I think most coffee is best brewed at temps like yours. I’m 2 mins of boil, but my thermometer is busted so I don’t know the temp. Cooler is better IMHO.

Kind of you to assume it’s not deliberate.

Start with pants? Then what, work up to undies?

Nakedness. Ideally find a work from home situation. Careful answering the door.
I wonder if we’ll do any good with LLMs/AI? All I can see are the downsides. Malevolent actors can cause unlimited fuckery with this.

Careful. Targeted bacteriological or viral methods can adapt once out in the open. What you ultimately cause may not be what was intended. What other creatures share traits that might be susceptible? Let’s not pretend we’ve genomapped and understood everything out there.
Also mosquitos and their larvae are food for parts of the food web. If they are gone, what starves?
Unintended consequences are a real risk. Careful study should be required.
Porn downloading line by line… you would invest 30 minutes just to decide you cancel because you’re not into her eyebrows.
Fight me. ;)
Or toasty warm. Nobody likes a muggy day, but a dry heat ain’t that bad.

You are mixing up two ideas here. Carbs and protein are an established part of a complete meal. Like rice and beans both have proteins, but only together do they form a complete protein ad can serve as a cheap meat substitute without any long term nutritional deficiencies. Beans also have a low glycemic index which is helpful for a number of conditions. Rice is high as it is almost pure carbs. It depends a bit on the type of rice, but safe to say generally high. So white rice and beans, if the goal is a complete protein, is fine. If the goal is low GI, (like for managing diabetes), then white rice is not terrible, but not great either. Stick to brown basmati varieties to help lower the GI.
Oil is fat, not protein. It doesn’t have a glycemic index because there is no carbohydrates (simple or complex sugars) in it. It will not change the GI of any foods eaten with it and will not make a complete protein out of anything. Fats are a part of a healthy diet, and olive oil is a generally healthy choice, if used in moderation.
A tablespoon of oil with each meal won’t help the GI or protein profile and is really just adding excess calories. If the meal is small enough, the calories won’t really hurt.
So to better answer your question, what is the primary concern for the diet in question? Is it GI? Are there any restrictions like veganisn involved?

Didn’t read the article. They opened an office in California, but this doesn’t make a Chinese company American and it’s assertion is being challenged.

No. What would give you that idea?
I can’t speak to the decaf, but despite being a total coffee snob, instant has a place in my home, usually coffee flavoured drinks and baking.
What is good for you might depend on taste, but I would try Nescafe Espresso Gold Decaf for starters and experiment from there.
This was made with a gentle hand.

Fair and well reasoned enough. ¯_(ツ)_/¯
2 ways. Class action lawsuits and democracy.
