Been playing “the isle” recently. Game has had/still has some questionable development happening around it, however, dinosaur. I’ve been enjoying it.

Have you heard of/seen highlanders? They’re one of my personal favorites. (Outside of whatever one is closest to me)

Picked up peglin recently and I’ve gone back for a mech warrior run. Few others get cycled in as well. But those two the most right now.

We need devs, like the maker of the Falcon 4 game to “leak” source code. Its the only reason the worlds premier combat flight sim run on a game released in the 90’s.

Should I be talking about a game that released the same year I was born? No. I’m so glad someone kept it all.

My biggest thing personally is the UI. Which is also getting a facelift. It’s not super intuitive. I think the overhauled tutorials, along with some UI changes are going to make this game exponentially more accessible.

I’m not a X4 vet either. I have a couple hundred hours. Which, the X4 vets will have saves with hundreds or thousands of hours. But, I feel like I’ve barely scratched the surface. I’m not sure what the price is. I bought it on sale about a year ago. Though, even if I spent $70(which it is not) I definitely have gotten enough enjoyment to justify that! I think it goes on sale fairly regularly though if the price is a bit too much for you now!

Most developers won’t let reviews go live until after the game comes out. Bethesda at least opens reviews up like a week before the game comes out for everyone. So, I think they’re pretty confident. No studio just allows anyone to post information at anytime.

I’m glad I went too. The vet said it went surprisingly well so I must have caught it quickly. I love them too much so I’m glad he’s okay.

I didn’t get the info on how to check his bladder, but, I may end up back there again. He hasn’t quite used his litter box quite yet. He came home at 5 yesterday, so I’ll watch through the rest of the day today.

I’m also glad I caught it quickly, cause the vet said it went very smoothly but it isn’t uncommon that my bill could have been 2-3x more. So, I’m glad I was as nervous about him as I was. Hopefully it saves me and him down the line.

As a garage door tech, I have too many questions.

Such as, where is that spring line? Where is the rest of the tracking? Who installed that motor, and why? It looks like it was installed in the last handful of years. It’s also installed in a helluva way, but, given the headroom, I can excuse it, but, without tracking or a spring line, that motor isn’t doing shit… so why is it there? Wtf is going on here?! This is causing a crisis.

So, it turns out, (as someone pointed out) it’s a one piece garage door, I don’t see these where I live due to snow. So, it likely actually works, crisis kinda averted.
