It’s only natural selection if they don’t breed, unfortunately by the time they feel the negative effects of these sorts of actions they will have already had kids.

Given the dude is wearing a Confederate flag as a fucking cape (and possibly did this as some blackface joke), I have a sneaking suspicion they don’t care.

The US pays more than any other country out of their taxes for medical care.
