If you’re not, they’re gonna ask you to leave and ban you from the casino before you can actually win anything significant — the justification given is that it’s their casino and they can refuse entry to whoever they want. If you are cheating, then you’re just going to jail.

Which probably wouldn’t be that bad for the economy, but it might bankrupt the casino, depending on the value of the chips.
