    I should add @jerkface@lemmy.ca , I tried Vegan for almost 2 years, it didn’t work for me… I tried Keto, and that worked for me… after a few years, I tried carnivore and that really worked for me.

    I do have a open mind, I’m willing to try almost anything (twice).
