vegan mayo what’s the point? Just put some nice olive oil and vinegar, fresh ground pepper, and garlic salt in there. bit of fresh thyme to kick it up a notch
Mayo just works well with tomatoes for me idk. Also it’s easily available here.
But your suggesting with oil and vinegar seasoning sound good, I’ll give it a try for sure!
