I get what the joke is going for, it just doesn’t actually make sense so it doesn’t work

No the joke isn’t making fun of the use of “small car” as units. The joke is that they
spottedshot down Harry and Ron in the flying car…Well, I got it wrong due to the community it’s posted in. Whoosh may be accurate here.
