Crazy to me that were producing about as many $10s as $2s. I never see $2s in circulation and run into $10s quite often
That’s how many exist, not how many are produced.
Most $2 bills live in collections, but $10s circulate.
Strip clubs also love them.
I got curious and looked up typical bill lifespans. Highest circulation for $10, it seems. source
I don’t remember the last time I’ve seen a 5 and they’re higher in circulation than both of those.
