I doubt anyone would lie about it, but as far as I understand you aren’t saying you yourself don’t wipe your arse because of homophobia nor even has anyone told you directly that’s their situation, leaving open a broad range of possibilities for unintentionally misrepresenting reality.
The only consistent approach that does what you want is to believe everything anyone tells me, which I won’t be doing.
