There’s no excuse: when members of a community see a dangerous street for what it is, it shouldn’t take a death (or several deaths) for the city to finally take action.

    Even if somebody needs to die to make a street safer, it would at least make the street safer. Most times, people die, nothing happens.

      Came here to say this. In my area they just blame the victim and keep on without blinking an eye.
