Yeah RoHOPs are required in the US. But with the pretty flat terrain in OP’s picture, he’s about as safe as one can get. Those zero turns are quite wide and stable. It’s the lawn tractors and mini tractors like my 1023r that can be more dangerous. They have a fairly narrow width and don’t do well on side hills.
As an old medic. It’s been my experience if you do tip/roll one of those larger mowers, you don’t get to post about it.

Also, OPs mower doesn’t appear to have a roll bar, so if it rolls on him, it’s not getting off until it’s done.
A roll bar would keep it so you only get to lay on your back when you flip, instead of the mower sitting on your head.

It’s almost always people attempting to mow slopes that are too steep in order to save on line trimming.
Extra points when they’re close to water so they get pinned underwater.
