Wait, you mean people play BeamNG for anything other than things like police chases and crashes? /s
I am Zach, AKA AceFuzzLord, AKA Dizzy Devil Ducky!

This took me longer than it should have for me to understand what she meant… I am slow…
Not sure whether you could consider it a Halloween game or not, but Gears of War. What’s more Halloween than an apocalypse?
KDE Plasma. I am not good with making edits/tweaks to desktop environments and really like how MX has it set up.
Bold of you to assume I remember anyone from roughly 6 years ago besides my friends!
The day AI becomes a better teacher in general than a human, not just for single student experiences but for a while class of people with individual preferences and needs, is the day Hell freezes over.
I might.
Next thing you know, the “president” will be saying to “eat bitter”.
It’s sad that Odysse has turned to that because it was where I was thinking about uploading content.
I clicked on this thinking it was some other version of the wiki, only to find it’s the version I already have bookmarked. Definitely a wiki I have found useful over the short time I’ve been using it.
It’s too bad that furry hacker group disbanded because I’d LOVE to see a group like them dox the people behind screwing over The Internet Archive.
That never bugged me too much, but I’ll at least be glad it can be disabled for people who really dislike it.
Cannot wait to see their solution.
Brok The Investigator. There are multiple endings, but each different ending has a linear enough progression, even if the first time you have no clue as to what ending you’ll get. The only thing you need to do for different endings is making different choices.
Simple enough game set in a world where the poor, slummers, live in the polluted, rundown slums while the rich, drummers, live under the high quality dome. You play as a crocodile (alligator?) who is a detective, a slummer named Brok who lives with his teenage cat son Graff. Not saying much more because spoilers, even though the drummer and slummer and the polluted world thing are kinda minor spoilers despite learning about them real quick in chapter 1.
The occasional puzzles aren’t too hard to figure out, at least I thought so for all but one. And if you don’t like the combat mode, I’m pretty sure there is a way to turn it off, though I’m not sure how it affects gameplay/choices. Though, the upcoming DLC (whenever it releases) doesn’t look like it’s gonna be linear since it’s all about the games combat system and adding bonus challenges to fights. So I’d probably avoid that if you aren’t playing the game for the combat.
The way I see AI as a tool in a classroom or learning setting is that you should be punished if you willingly used it due to laziness, not understanding the course work, or I assume most likely both. On its own it’s not terrible (environment aside), but it’s certainly not something I’d accept if I were a teacher grading homework.
I have a copy of the full Steins;Gate manga that I admit to not having read yet. I’ve seen the anime (movies(OVAs?) not included), alongside Zero. And I found something a long time ago that would allow me to download the app on my android device and play in English (not sure there was an official option for that back then or even now). Now I am absolutely thinking of getting back into visual novels of that style (the left click only gameplay style) and Steins;Gate is on my list. This also reminds me I need to finish Saya no Uta.
Free MP3 Download, which as of October 14, 2024 is still up on the megathread. The moment I start getting into downloading music online outside of downloading audio from yt videos, the site gets taken down a few months later. Now I don’t know where to go for DDL since pretty much all of the other linked sites are either anime music, game music, or upload an [ Insert Service ] link and it’ll give you an audio file to download from that service.
I second raid5 despite not having much experience with it.
I wish that would work.
As I have said on Mastodon:
If I wasn’t in college, you bet I’d be rushing to get to Canada!
