I don’t think Yes was either…
No, I don’t think The Band was ever known for smashing instruments.
No, Larry’s friends are supposed to enter, Larry is there to let them in.
The large purple rectangle is a protein channel across a cell membrane. It’s normally closed, but can be opened by binding to a specific small molecule, which is called a ligand. Different channels have different ligands, and their presence/absence controls whether the channels will open.
In the cartoon Larry the ligand has been traveling with his friends, who represent the cargo to be transferred through that channel. When they reach the closed channel, Larry uses himself as the “key” to open the channel. Since channels usually only stay open while the ligand is still bound, Larry stays behind to keep the channel open while his friends make their way forward.
Yes
I wasn’t asking a question. I understand why politicians do it, I just think it’s a sign of a terrible system.
I fucking hate that this is a thing. “We can’t stop doing this useless and/or detrimental thing, look at all the work it makes for other people to do!!!” Absolutely bonkers that it’s just a standard political argument.
The whistles go woooooo!
Let me guess, they used existing footage and reports as training data, and it produced an incredibly racist ai model that routinely ignores police misconduct. They’ll spend a couple years working on bandaids for the problem while police departments across the country use the original model to create reports and use the “unbiased ai reports” as an excuse to hide the raw footage.
When was the last time you fixed any carbon, you lazy, entitled heterotroph?
WTF is wrong with you??? You just grate cheese over pasta and call it a day? The cheese should be melted into a sauce (I start with a bechamel and then add cheese), then mixed into the macaroni. I prefer to bake it with breadcrumbs on top after for some textural variety.
And this is why I play ffxiv.
Perhaps even roommates.
At the same time?
Despite Disney’s best efforts I doubt rule 34 has spared Winnie the Pooh, and yet my childhood memories are just fine. I prefer the musical/tv movie version of Peter Pan with Mary Martin, but the Disney adaptation hasn’t spoiled my memory of it.
Have you ever tried ignoring works you don’t like? Just go about your life and mind your own business, it’s actually quite easy.
