Oh my fucking god…no, it’s real, there is nothing wrong with the image and the text is just because of the low res, it’s not giberrish or strange and the font def match with the ones on the european plates;

I could debunk all you said but it’s not worth my time, long story short: learn to look at the images better and maybe get out to see how the world looks like
