I was able to get their Twitch app to work on my Roku a few years ago; not sure if it’s still possible in 2023 though.
But yea, I am sad that Amazon basically “removed” it from Roku in an attempt to push people towards their shitty Firesticks.
TikTok has filled that void, for now.
The majority of people that want to play D4 already got it through Blizzard’s own damn launcher.
Season 1 was terrible, but I am enjoying season 2. It’s not perfect but it came with a lot of much needed QOL improvements. And I like the vampiric powers. The cosmetics are still stupid expensive though, so I’m not touching that shit.
I use https://himovies.sx/home but fmovies is my backup.
Not everyone wants to torrent.
OP paid $80 for a yearly subscription, not $110.
Netflix announced that starting today, users on its $9.99 per month Basic plan will now have to pay $11.99, and those paying $19.99 per month for Premium will have to pay $22.99
That’s insane. The only way those price hikes could possibly be justified is if the majority of movie/show creators had their catalogues available on Netflix. But they don’t because everyone and their mother wants their own fucking streaming service, ruining streaming for everyone.
No thanks. I got a library card and access to my entire county’s book/audio-book/movie/show catalogue for free through Libby and Hoopla. As for everything else I can’t find there… Yarr.
It doesn’t have TikTok as a source yet, but I’m hopeful that they will in the future.
I like Libretube but I’m always willing to try something new.
Edit: Wish TikTok was a source.
Not for me anymore.
I’m a gamer, so that isn’t a viable option for me. I know that it’s starting to get better thanks to the Steamdeck but it has a long way to go.
Such a shame. =(
Then I look forward to not getting texts from anyone. =)
No reason to keep either on since they drain the battery even when not actively browsing the net. And if your LTE can’t find a tower to connect, it keeps trying to connect, draining the battery significantly. This was pretty bad for me a couple years ago; not so much anymore since I live in a city now but I still keep both off, mostly habit but also because I like having my battery above 90% while it’s sitting idle.
When I’m at home and want to use the net on my phone, I turn WiFi on, then off once done. When I’m outside the home and need the internet, I turn LTE on and then turn it back off once I’m done.
My pc isn’t compatible with Win11 (unsupported cpu) and since I’m poor, I’m not getting a new one anytime soon.
Besides, Win10 is great.
My only issue with RCS is that it requires that either LTE or wifi be on. I personally keep those off unless I want to actively use the internet. Not a big deal, minor annoyance though.
Ohhh thank you for suggesting these, I had been considering swapping for CCleaner for weeks now but didn’t know of a good alternative.
