They get to be such cuddly mops when they’re all grown out. Look a bit like Teddy bears. Our little 13 pounder gets carried around so much she hardly walks. But yes she gets a little curly in her eyes that are always annoying

LoRa wan meshed network is more useful. But most people don’t have a LoRa capable device. I could see something like this at a protest or public event at least. If there were enough nodes in the area the network could span hundreds to thousands of feet with the right conditions. But that’s a big ask ATM.

And to be frank, I’m not sure I’d heard about unlicense before. But upon closer look it does seem to be a the goal. Despite not being valid or applicable in a few jurisdictions.

But this does seem marginally interesting. Actually decentralized, no servers supposedly. We’ll have to see. Again I sure as hell I’m not going to trust dorsey. And he’s got it under some cringey edgelord “unlicense” license which basically appears to be MIT just with a different name. The actual concept seems intriguing. But definitely nothing to get excited about currently.

I really can’t agree with you or understand where you’re coming from. Anyone who’s ever known the man as a peer or personally pretty much universally hates him for good reason. Including his Ex-Wives, his father, even his children, and that ghoul Peter Thiel.
People liked the concept of boosted Space travel, Electric vehicles, etc. Musk was smart to invest in them. But he had no contribution of note to any of those companies other than his money. No one ever cared for musk anymore than that. And then once his erol-ness was on full display finally the people who had been fooled had to acknowledge reality.

The only way for someone to think he was some awkward autistic rizz master. Was to be fooled.
At one point it was possible to not be paying attention. Getting distracted by the smoke screen etc. But even the most basic look into him and his history. No one would ever mistake him for someone with charisma or talent.

Finally. Something we can all agree on.
I’m not sure which of the two previous comments was the worst generalization or shit take I’ve seen in a while. It’s pretty ridiculous all these people that reflexively get bent out of shape around anything regarding llms or generative models. Especially considering anarchists explicitly don’t support the wealthy bourgeoisie using it to displace workers and regular people. They are just tools and can be used for good or bad.
But implying that .world is a haven for liberal zionists. Is an equally bad take. Easily disproven by just spending a few minutes there. I think anyone making this sort of accusation is probably more likely to be the problem they accuse others of.
Either way. Both are problematic and emblematic of talking past each other and not to each other. Which isn’t damning, all of us have the capability to do it. Just discouraging how frequently we all do it.
