Dull Men's Club@lemmy.world•I got the yellow potatoes this time
3·2 months agoI’m not op but, I’m told fresh potatoes keep for a long time and store bought potatoes are already stored for a while before they hit shelves.
Op mentioned in a comment that this was an Amish store so I imagine they get a fresh product.
I appreciate you 😂
It’s been six hours, how do we NOT have a comment on if this is possible?
I like this format, I should do cocaine about it.

Interesting, I heard about the conflict while watching a stream earlier. I didn’t get this information while watching the stream. Thanks for the knowledge.

Fuck Cars@lemmy.world•This is unironically true -- being forced into a car-centric mindset makes monsters out of most peopleEnglish
3·7 months agoYeah, there’s little I dislike more than HAVING to drive in the city or through one. Luckily, we’re working on a project that is close enough to public transportation for the time being.
I’ll be sad once this one finishes because, I’ll most likely need to return to car life.
Imho people in gated communities still have those problems (therefore, this fence).
Where as most people who have those problems more frequently, can’t afford to live in gated communities.
The filthiest. The revolutionary plasm of first-level societies was postulated to do things like invigorate crop growth, promote facial hair growth, and allow communards to have sex for eight hours straight.
I would support legislation that mandated these be used around the highest carbon emitting facilities. Maybe a few very well designed structures (algae tanks) in very densely populated cities.
These would be in no way a replacement for trees in a community but, I could see forcing the corporations to use them. Such as those that must pollute because, they can not manufacture these products without polluting.

How much did you spend the first year?

I know this isn’t related at all but, all I can picture is Gretchen Whitmer hiding her face behind files and then fainting.
