I’ll have to get back to you on that. These will be my first ABS Keycaps. I didn’t plan it this way but my last 5 (6?) sets have all been PBT. Obviously I’m not worried about the legend disappearing but I’ll have to give a 6 month check in on the texture/feel.

The closest you are going to get is one of the Keychron customs Q6, K10, K5. They lack in the design department and some of the nice meterial options but are functional if you want a full custom layout.

Trying to find really nice full layout keyboards is basically a unicorn hunt.

I kept eyeballing the Keychron Q6 or the Ducky One 3 but neither scratched the itch for design and or aesthetics that I was looking for. or materials for that matter. Quality full size custom keeboards are almost non-existant. I think I’ve found maybe 6 total.

Just incase some one reads this and gets any ideas. Don’t do this if you are a renter. While it is easy to install if you are doing it correct and using the appropriately sized wall anchors you will be left with dozens of hols from small nail size to larger quarter sized holes that will all need to be filled, patched, sanded, primed, and then painted to match the original wall.

According to about 12 seconds of googling this article feels borderline. This article specifically references a 2010 study that says 12% of women carry the gene however the article fails to mention what the study specifically says. In the opening paragraph if the study it says “However, the existing evidence is sparse and inconclusive.” & “Our results suggest that most carriers of color anomaly do not exhibit four-dimensional color vision, and so we believe that anomalous trichromacy is unlikely to be maintained by an advantage to the carriers in discriminating colors.”

I found three different studies regarding this. One said that it was about 15% of women, one said it was 50% of women and 8% of men. Another said that women with color vision defficiency and mild color blindness might have tetrachomacy effectively rendering the extra cones pointless. ANOTHER study showed that only one person EVER had been diagnosed with Tetrachomacy.

While I really appreciate media that brings to light conditions that the average person might not know about I really dislike articles and media that make things seem way more common then they are and/or portray things as fact that are far more nuanced. Using the calculator literally provided in the article you are citing my monthly cost for my car is $120. A lot less than the $1000/month they say as an average.

I’m also saving way more than that per month in rent by living where I do outside of a town or city.

I’m not a farmer, my nearest grocery store is 8 miles away. It’s rural and the cost of living is extremely cheap. it also snows a ton and often drops to sub zero temps.

What my solution? How does this get fixed for me?
