If premium cost $5per month I’d pay for it, u use YouTube all the time
No way in hell it’s worth $15 a month though, their pricing is completely brwindead
I genuinely think that advertising should be illegal at this point. It’s a ridiculous concept.
Yeah this is a definition of “theft” that doesn’t really work at all with the commonly used one.
Like, if you download a torrent, it was uploaded by someone else, willingly. If they bought a DVD and handed it to a friend, that friend wouldn’t be stealing the DVD. But now, if they upload the file to the internet for other people to watch, this class is calling that theft.
Its the kind of “theft” that leaves no victims. The alleged “victim” isn’t the person from whom the content was downloaded, no, it’s the third party who originally sold that person the product in the first place.
The whole concept isn’t logically consistent, but the corporations wrote the laws and get to decide how they are enforced and what they mean so it doesn’t matter that the law makes no sense and is punishing people for “crimes” that are, at their very core, victimless.
The FCC is still to my knowledge taking public comments about data caps:

May be worth people here commenting about how they are ridiculous
Corporations when some dude steals a copy of a 30 year old movie: 😡
Corporations when they steal billions from their workers salaries every year: 🤑
So I ended up reinstalling windows, and that seems to have fixed the problems. Not really sure what was causing it in the end; if they start happening again I’ll post something here. Thanks for the help!
Memory test ran overnight and detected no issues.
The memory speed is 3600mHz, I don’t think the ram is the problem…
As I said elsewhere, I don’t use any other AV other than Windows Defender. The others are all just malware in disguise.
SSD.
I’m running an I9-9900K CPU, a GTX4070TI, and have 32gb of ram. I’m pretty certain it isn’t a hardware issue…
This makes me seriously consider whether my mouse could be the problem; I may buy a new one soon anyways. My mouse sometimes does some WEIRD stuff, it’s rather old.
… I’ll have to consider this. I don’t have a second mouse to use, so I can’t test it rn.
I’m using a utechsmart venus for what its worth.
I’m just getting my server up and running! Previously it only ran Honeassistant.
Now it runs proxmox, which boots 2 vms, one for HAOS and another for Debian. On the Debian vm there is currently Plex, nextcloud, and some -arr apps.
8 also have a separate raspberry pi pihole. I’ve had that going for years now, I think I first made it 2019.
Did they accidentally nuke the entire database again?
Individual selfishness is responsible for… People having children, raising them, and bringing them places?
Am I insane or does that just on its face not make any sense?
Your first paragraph is the actual reason here. It’s too expensive for a lot of parents to get a babysitter, so they need to bring their kids with them if they want to go do something. And for many people like me who work from home (I don’t have kids yet but the point stands) that one night every week or so that we go out to dinner is basically the only time I go to do anything fun outside the house that isn’t working out. When I worked in an office (which I ever want to do again) I’d go out to lunch with coworkers and occasionally do a happy hour after work, but that isn’t an option anymore.
If I had kids we’d be bringing them with us when we go out because it would be significantly cheaper than hiring a sitter for a few hours.
Same, I love Proton. They rock.
Redacted is a private tracker, I’ve seen a bunch of SACD stuff there. You can interview to get in, they have a website to prep for the interview.
