It’s the newer Wi-Fi chips that have issues, those for which drivers aren’t yet released. There always seems to be a year-long delay between the next gen laptops being released and the wifi drivers for them.

Depends what you mean by wall hacking I guess. Shooting through a wall should not be possible by your proposed method, and it could be expanded to prevent the player moving through walls also.
Seeing through walls though is a different matter. How does the server know if I have rendered an opaque wall or not?
Personally I see anticheat as a problem to be solved socially, not technically. Just let people vote to kick, and anyone who is generally accepted to be hacking will be kicked. No need for invasive Spyware.
I had two jetsons that i was using for a project, had one on my desk and one in another office. Started back into some gpio stuff that I’d been working on the last few days and found that i was getting nothing, after about an hour of fucking with configuration trying to determine what had happened, i realised that i had sshed into the wrong one.
Now i make sure to give descriptive hostnames to every device on my network.
I personally think that it is incredibly irresponsible to give musk any control over the deployment of critical infrastructure after his stunts in Ukraine. What guarantees do we have that he is not backdooring these satellites while they are in his posession so that he can shutdown Galileo on a whim in the same way he did with starlink?
They are readily available in NZ
If it was still nationalised, that would be the case. When they’re a private entity with a directive to enrich their shareholders while doing the bare minimum in terms of service, it is not.
It feels like we should have solved this issue a decade ago with bittorrent.
A website is just a frontend for a fileserver, so why are we not distributing these files across the globe, where we all volunteer a bit of storage and bandwidth to services we want to use.
Websites really need be nothing more than indexes and trackers which serve up a list of peers who are hosting the files we want.
For a dam which already exists, surely keeping it in use makes more sense than decommissioning it in favour of fossil fuels though?
We probably shouldn’t be building any more, but unless our grid is already completely renewable, hydro stations are the last ones we should be taking offline.
Electric motors can deliver a lot more torque than ICEs, which makes them very much suitable for towing in terms of power, they just need to deliver larger battery packs to compensate for the weight of the towed vehicles, otherwise the range will be limited.
Can you share the torrents in question? I’d like to take a stab at merging them from hex dumps as explained in my other comment. Maybe develop a tool to automate it for other broken torrents.
Haha, my bad
I believe in that case you may be able to merge the two files by dumping a hex of each, then running a diff on the two hexes and substituting valid hexes into any zero blocks.
I’m actually kind of curious about writing a script to handle this now that I’m presented with it. Can you link the two torrents for me so I can take a crack?
sudo dpkg -P stupidprogram Done.
Ditch the batteries and just spin up a large flywheel.
