This person said in another comment that they hoped the person they were replying to would get graped in a concentration camp.
Whether this person voted for kamala or not that is fascist sentiment and its disgusting

I didn’t want camps.
Implying that you do want them now.
Which makes you a fascist.
You make it seem like you’ll be cheering on the nazis as long as they punish people you don’t like. Which would make you a fascist.
Your side lost and your throwing a hissy fit instead of figuring out how to do better next time.
Do you want there to be “camps” or do you not want there to be “camps”? I’m not quite sure. If you don’t want “camps” then the party opposing the republicans needs to get more votes than they did this time and using the same message or strategy again probably won’t achieve a better outcome. They need a better message, a better strategy, for all our sakes
I didn’t sidestep. first of all “the media” did bring up trumps age I remember seeing it talked about. Also Biden’s age was a problem. Blaming this loss on the media is like blaming the refs when you lose a game. Yeah they might’ve been bad refs but it’s your job to win the game regardless. The way the media treats trump is not new and if the Dems didn’t take that into account that was their mistake
Did you watch the first debate where Biden could hardly speak a sentence? They were right about Biden’s age. And they knew that Trump voters would never listen to them so what’s the point of going after him over and over?
At the end of the day the blame falls mostly on the campaign and on the party and they failed. They have to do better than this or they’ll fail again.
I watched multiple speeches given by kamala and I watched the debate. This is the message I came away with and judging by the outcome of the election Im thinking that’s the message most people got. Intention is irrelevant perception is what matters and they failed
The dems lost this election when unpopular senile Biden insisted on running again and no powerful Democrat stopped him
The dem message of “we won’t do better but the other guy will do worse” failed. It was a bad message and it lost them the election against a terrible candidate. Voters need to be motivated to vote and that message isn’t motivating enough
Look at the veil on her head dude, it’s translucent.
This painting is a masterpiece
Every day I inch closer and closer to setting up my own plex server (or something else if there’s a better alternative idk)
but the term “raspberry pi” makes me scared and confused
When it’s white people: there’s commercial flights available but some are unable to book (because tickets limited? Because those people are too poor? No idea) so we have to use gov funds to make sure no one is left behind
When it’s “brown” people: commercial flights are available if you’ve got the cash, if not, go fuck yourself
“the betterment of mankind” is an intangible idea that you are choosing to believe in. That’s faith.
I agree. Life is what it is. Reality sucks. That’s why faith is so alluring. People aren’t robots, emotions are core to the human experience.
Here’s the context of that sentence that you are quoting: “You can’t get people to work together in a coordinated way without some ideal in their minds, they have to believe that their effort might not help themselves directly but might help make future civilization a better place. That takes faith of one kind or another.”
I was talking about getting people to work together for a better world, not an individual choice"
“making the world better” is an intangible idea that you are choosing to believe in. If you get comfort from that faith then I’m happy for you
You won’t ever be able to overcome the ills of society alone, by yourself you’ll never be able to “break free from the fetters and find your own way” Making a better society requires coordinated collective effort. Religion bonds people together in a very rare way. You can’t get people to work together in a coordinated way without some ideal in their minds, they have to believe that their effort might not help themselves directly but might help make future civilization a better place. That takes faith of one kind or another.
