Somehow my children skipped this phase

There are so few kids out trick or treating these days that it’s really not that expensive to do this now, too. I will never get tired of hearing excited kids say “THIS HOUSE HAS BIG BARS!!”

Is it just me who cannot read these things at all? It’s just word salad.

The car drop off lines they have in America look like pure torture. I don’t understand. Does America not have school buses anymore?

Edit: I’m also Canadian and we have school buses where I am. I don’t think we have the same car lines I’ve heard about in the U.S.

There are different kinds of pollinators. Some bees are what is called buzz pollinators, and they are the best pollinators for a whole bunch of different plants. These bees are struggling, partially because we have too many honey bees who are out-competing them.

I once found a baby bird and took it home. (Don’t do this. I was a kid and didn’t know any better.) Bird parents are amazing. They found the cage I was keeping their baby in and they came every day to feed him.

I’ve always wondered how these people are constantly lying about this crap (and the antivaxxers, too) and yet somehow it never occurs to them that maybe everyone else is lying, too.

Sometimes you are different sizes in the same brand. And I don’t mean you might need a small shirt and large pants. No. Sometimes, this pair of pants only fit in large, and this pair of pants only fit in medium. Same brand.
