Oh wow, first time seeing this on Lemmy! Been seeing this exact post on Reddit for over a decade though.

Maybe don’t use Lemmy on Friday or the weekends and then your days can’t be ruined. That’s what I do. Oh shit I’m here on the weekend too, fuck.

I thought bandcamp got bought out or changed some policy that everyone said bandcamp is going downhill?

The internet would have be believe the 2 AUR attacks this year are EVEN WORSE. Even though it barely affected less than 1% of users. The web is just nothing but constant rage bait, it sucks now =/

this isn’t a problem for me, I have a Honda.

oh you’re such a saint! 🤗️

lemmy has been talking about this for like 3 years now. you people have nothing new to say 😅️

PIRATE EVERYTHING EVERYWHERE ALL AT ONCE

Good link, but I don’t think that’s going to apply to any of us here 🤷‍♀️️

There’s A LOT more things to weigh and compare than simply a brand. Canon, Sony, or Nikon, all their latest flagships will make anyone happy. It all comes down to what you want and what you need out of it. I don’t need video features or fast action sports, others do. Personally, I’d use any of those 3, but if all you care about is top of the class, then get a Canon. It will be the priciest option, there’s a reason most professional use it.

Nikon’s camera sensors come from Sony. But Nikon engineers always do some magic. That’s why NASA uses Nikon cameras in space. Canon is arguably the best, but also the most expensive and not friendly to third party lenses. Sony lets you put any lens you want if you got the right adaptor. And that photographer you met isn’t wrong, but that is exactly why professionals have to edit their photos after a shoot. With Fujifilm I try to do it all in camera cuz editing hundreds of photos becomes exhausting after years.

Did not read the article just saw the headline and thought that’s gotta be the dumbest thing ever that’s all.

Sony makes some of the best full frame cameras on the market. Granted it’ll cost you like $6k but Sony still makes some really good tech. I do not own a Sony products btw. In regards to cameras, I’m using Fujifilm, but they aren’t even close to Sony tech wise.

This isn’t directed at you specifically, but just the broad sentiment that people are coming now OK with AI even though people kinda I guess forgot that like AI stole and ripped all of our information books. Music works of art all of it’s stolen ya know. But I’ll digress it doesn’t matter anymore.
