I was blanking pretty hard when I wrote that and meant to write RDP while thinking of TeamViewer. Need to post stuff less late at night

I’d also argue the ‘GAMES MUST BE ULTRA AT 4K144 OR DONT BOTHER’ take is wrong.
Some of the best games I’ve played have graphics that’ll run on a midrange GPU from a decade ago, if not just integrated graphics
Case in point, this is what I’m playing right now:
Sounds like he’s remoting into the computer in the office from another computer at home (pretty common in IT since you probably have admin tools perfectly configured on that computer and specifically configured for its network config) but with Windows Remote Access it lets the person physically at the computer see everything by default. But i would really hope that someone in IT would be painfully aware of why you shouldn’t do sensitive personal browsing on a work computer or a work network
Usually with automated systems hitting whatever option gets you to a human no matter how wrong it is will get you to the right place eventually
I worked in a callcenter for 4 years. I have zero fear of work calls, but I still avoid calls to a rediculous extent in my personal life
Sometimes I feel bad for scammers because I know how long it takes just to freaking reset a password on legitimate support calls at work (and usually that’s someone who’s put in a vague ticket saying “software isn’t working” so I emailed them a “I’m not a psychic” email with a link to schedule a call which requires one to schedule on the next business day just to finally talk on the phone and identify what they couldn’t write out in their ticket 2 days ago) but then I remember that they’re fucking scammers and often fully aware of what they’re doing
It sounds like in the above case the codes were real 2fa codes from his bank as the scammers were resetting their login credentials then adding an external account to initiate a transfer. Presumably they were simply reusing info from a breach to make the scam smoother
Lots of non-citizens work in all of the factories that produce everything Americans consume too, including of course food production facilitiesm so house right it would probably be a literal death spiral
Well he did say it wasn’t a good website. You really think they’re just going to take the criticism?
I am tired of people saying trumptards are “misguided” or some bullshit like that. If you voted for him in 2016, sure, you could have been misled
I’ve watched my in-laws change since they first voted red in 2016. Their reasoning at the time was that Obama didn’t reach across the isle enough so they voted trump. The other option was Hillary Clinton, and Trump said some weirdly populist stuff that made him further left than her on some matters, so can ya really blame them?
But since then their critical thinking skills have declined so much, their comfort with risk has increased significantly, and their ability to empathize has dropped like lead. They’ve also shown their true colors in having zero willingness to make even the smallest changes to plans to account for severe allergies or their special needs grandkids (and refuse to see the obvious mental illness and distress in some of their family too)
Quite frankly, Trump’s base is a cult of personality. These poor souls need to be deprogrammed and taught once again how to think critically, and probably temporarily disconnected from social media and cable news
I mean theoretically if they deport all non-citizens that would free up a lot of housing, as well as a lot of jobs and generally send the country into an economic death spiral thanks to the sudden and continued population decline
Todd who previously had my phone number signed up for a lot of texts, and got his (now my) number into a ton of databases. I’ve been able to watch his cross country move and general financial improvement through these spam texts. At first it was a house in Phoenix Arizona, and some sketchy stuff related to his arrest, but looks like he moved back to the same state I live in and has a cheaper place that isn’t seeing as insane of price inflation. I’ve also seen fewer debt related texts for him and lately I’ve been getting some with his new lady friend’s name on them. Good for Todd. Hopefully he eventually learns to stop giving out my number
I kinda wish it were true because imagine all of the amazing restaurants that would be popping up across the country with so many immigrants!
Nah, I’m not really into pokemon
Ooh I hope that’s the case because that would be much more convenient
Edit for anyone who stumbles on this: it works exactly like the above commenter described! It looks like there’s some opportunity to better communicate what DLC the “copy” you select is installing since it doesn’t show a full list of DLC but it at least shows who’s library it’s pulling from so you should be able to infer the full DLC list based on who has all of the DLC
That seems really rough anywhere with snow. Whole car accumulates so much crap on it that gets kicked up in the winter between freeze/thaw cycles, dirt that gets shoveled/plowed with snow, slushy muck getting kicked up from the road when it’s just close enough to freezing to form, etc.
Not with lots of miles per week and young kids. So many food wrappers and other random kid droppings… I just deep cleaned it 6 months ago and its basically back where it was 7 months ago
My wife and I happen to use the same seat position and wheel position, so we just have to adjust the rear view mirror and during the time of year when it’s really hot/cold maybe adjust the vents to how we each like. Takes like 5 seconds to adjust
kinky?
