Single shot rifles are big winners on the PTS. All of the old damage bonuses from perks are built into the base weapons now. The damage perks you already have equipped will be renamed and help you do additional limb and weak point damage.

I play 76 all the time. I’ve been on and off it since beta.
I recommend joining the official discord group as well as AngryTurtle’s discord group for friendly people to play with.
The game is in a really really good place right now. Lots of storylines, lots of endgame content, and the same great community the game has always had.
They are currently in the middle of a yearlong combat/perk rebalance with the next change (affecting all rifle/SMG/shotgun perks) due out in June.
Some quick tips when levelling:
-Always join a casual team when first connecting to a server. There is no expectation that you group up with the people on your team and you will receive an INT bonus.
-When levelling up you can pick a different special point than the perk, and you can change the special point later at Perk Stations.
-Endgame crafting is dependent on learning plans and legendary affects. Learn all the cheap/free plans you can and SCRAP all legendary weapons and armor until you start getting level 50 gear.
-Join public events! They reward a lot of XP, unique plans and recipes, reputation (Eviction Notice and Moonshine Jamboree). If you see the Scorched Earth event you can avoid radiation using a hazmat suit.
-One of the best power armors in the game, Excavator is availability to craft very early, follow any guide online to learn the storyline.
p sure he Epsteined himself.
Only way to install it with support for port forwarding on Fedora Atomic spins.
Add the rpm from protons website then rpm-ostree install package name.
This is one of the situations where layering packages is appropriate.
That’s how aether works kind of.
It’s P2P/decentralised rather than federated.
Anyone can make a community. With enough participation in a community one can become a mod. Mods can be impeached by vote of active participants.
Anyone can see nod actions and anyone can decide to disable the actions of any mod.
I love the system, I was active there before moving to Lemmy. I wish it had taken off/absorbed some of the Reddit fallout rather than Lemmy.
AFAIK it is not maintained or at least updated much less frequently than Lemmy/ActivityPub.
Epstein his own life
I need to find a way to tell Wayland to launch the ereader part of calibre flipped 90° so that I can use my SteamDeck as a tablet for book reading.
I’m holding my breath for Deadlock to bring my MOBA and shooter field groups together.
I got back to Grim Dawn all the time.
I’m excited for Fangs of Asterkarn!
We need a digital seed library with the crispr ready DNA of various seeds for pirates (humans that need to eat) to archive.
Nexus Mods is working on an AppImage version of their mod manager that works perfectly in my testing.
Currently it only supports Stardew Valley and Cyberpunk i think.
I’m excited for it to have parity with Windows Vortex.
I sold my switch as soon as the original SD was announced. Just got my OLED in the mail and couldn’t be happier; easily the best console experience I’ve ever had.
Bazzite over Nobara everyday.
ARM as host??? There is hope yet for a PineBook Qubes image!
I would use Bazzite 100%. It’s an atomic fedora spin that aims to replicate SteamOS. It has a KDE Nvida variant, and comes preinstalled with all of the gaming software and optimizations you need out of the box. All that is required to update it is a restart.
Just switch to X11 from Wayland after first boot and you’re as good as gold. (If Wayland works fine with your card it may be a better option because I think it plays more nicely with BigPicture mode if you need that)
This is how I buy all of my single player games.
If anyone hasn’t tried it, highly recommend ‘demoing’ Outer Wilds.
Use SimpleLogin and Bitwarden for everything. I never use the same email or password anywhere and can turn off receiving emails from the source for each account.
Fallout 76.
The game is really fun now. Only downside is the monetization (subscription model for infinite storage space)
Even better with friends in my opinion.
I hear ya.
I wish we had more raids and they would finish the Skyline Valley content.
