I would recommend the fairphone 4 or 5. I have the 4 and it is great: reparable with software updates (os etc) , easily replaced battery and sustainably sourced.

My fairphone4 has been really good so far. If battery power is an issue you could just bring one spare but I haven’t needed to do that yet

I’m currently using OpenBoard with some downloaded language dictionaries. I think it is a good tool, not really able to see definitions though
