A bit of dementia.
AM car radio can pick up the waves from your cars electrical alternator as well, which can cause the static to rise and fall in pitch as you speed up and slow down.
Maybe gain a bit of momentum by adding a forwards somersault.
When I get to the bottom I go back to the top of the slide
Where I stop and I turn and I go for a ride
'Til I get to the bottom and I see you again
Yeah, yeah, yeah, ha-ha-ha!
I’ve always had my winter tires on seperate wheels. In the past it’s been steel wheels, but for my current car, I got a matching set of OEM wheels fairly cheap bc someone had custom wheels put on their car and didn’t want the OEM wheels, so I bought them at a discount from the dealer, and had some winter tires put on. I couldn’t imagine getting the tires on my wheels switched twice a year, I just get the wheels swapped. I used to do it myself, it’s a bit of a workout to change four wheels, these days I get a shop to do it. Steel wheels aren’t the most aesthetic, although my silver Subaru looked pretty good in the snow with 17" black wheels and some aggressive winter tires. Drifting…drifting…drifting the night away!
That’s a lack of knowledge. Narcissists can be just as stupid, even more so as they consider themselves smarter than everyone. Sound familiar?
I think the terms you’re looking for are narcissism and empathy. Narcissism is the inhumanity, empathy the humanity. Can a narcissist have empathy, and vise versa? I can’t say I’ve ever heard of an empathist, having too much empathy.
This is more or less the plot of the book Accelerando.
Ahhh…this explains the rabbit in Monty Python and the Holy Grail.
One origin is The Wild Hunt on the solstice. I don’t think I saw in this article, but I have seen mention of jul logs being associated with bonfires being lit on the solstice to guide Odin during the hunt.
I think it depends on the definition of own, if it can be sold to someone else who will then own it. If it doesn’t have value like that, then it is just something you have, like pocket lint.
I get that too, it can be difficult to get help. I try to ignore it and have been using Linux for about 15 years as an OS. I use Kubuntu on my laptop, but I’ve used Mint also. I’m thinking of changing back but it’s so much work, and there are a lot of other options I’d like to try.
I’ve had my network locked out as well, the first iteration of ProtonVPN I used would lock it out if you didn’t close the app before shutting down. I contacted Proton and they sent me the commands to unlock it, so I have them handy in a file. That problem was fixed, afaik, because I can shut down without exiting the app now. I haven’t had my comp suspend, Linux used to have a problem with suspend so I’ve stayed away from it. I haven’t had any problems with Proton otherwise, I used it on my Android as well, I have a paid plan.
I use it on my Linux laptop, there’s no port forwarding, dowloading works fine though, sometimes connects to peers to upload. I have dual boot so I have seen the Windows version, it’s much more sophisticated. I’ve checked for DNS leaks using one of the sites listed in another comment, no leaks.
I think the first was back in 1920, The Rossums Universal Robots factory. It failed when the robots rose up and killed everbody.
So am I, but I don’t act like this.
Basically, the r/ is replaced with an ! , the exclamation mark. Other comments give good examples of usage.

Although this is correct, it is shocking how fast they can decompose, or rot, once cavities set it. I have a dentist phobia and am losing most of my teeth these days. I wouldnt imagine many zombies have regular dental checkups. Luckily, I can get dentures. Imagine a zombie “Hold still, Im trying to get my dentures in”.
