Maybe I’m missing a huge piece of the picture but isn’t paying employees ‘under the table’ the workaround here? Why are they bothering with looking fo paying another party at all at this point? I don’t get all the hoops and loops these folks are trying to jump through just so they can turn around and be shitty employers
