People who don’t have the app can still click links which bring them to the FB/IG/Tw websites - and then that could be enough to get them interested enough to then go on and install the full app especially when they find out how restricted the websites are.

Seconding Hermit, it’s a really useful tool for websites you visit often enough to wish they had an app.

I mostly use it for a football ⚽ forum I’m on, and it’s a better experience than opening my browser and going to the site each time, as there are some degrees of customisation of the experience.

I loved the rear-mounted sensor on my old Pixel 2XL, as it could be configured to allow some swipe gestures too. I had mine set to open notifications on swipe down, which was really useful.

Seeing the same issue this morning, sure it was working quite recently though.

Success. That’s a smaller version of an image that failed to post. Bigger version was 2.9Mb, so maybe there’s a limit?

According to Google Lens it’s a Great Diving Beetle larva. Cannot verify.

EDIT - tried again, and this time it says it’s a Rove Beetle. So I wouldn’t put toouch faith in either result tbh.
