This game is really fun. I’m impressed by the efficiency of the programming as well. Even in survive mode at the end of a level, getting attacked by probably thousands of monsters constantly, there was no hint of a slowdown on my modest gaming computer running Linux.
The fact that Harris trusted mega corporations to protect against Trump makes me very disappointed in her. I assume she actually does know the difference between communism and fascism and flubbed her words, but maybe not.

I’ve had success doing that too. Buttload of traps. The raids that will circumvent your traps are definitely a problem though. Also the raids that just have a bunch of grenadiers can destroy your defenses in no time.
Rimworld definitely makes it harder when you’re doing well. You can control the parameters a bit though in the storyteller settings. It depends on your colony’s wealth, number of people, how long it’s been since something ‘bad’ happens (colonist dies or gets injured), etc.
Outer Wilds and the DLC are such amazing games. Highly recommended. The DLC does get kinda spooky sometimes.

Haha, Rimworld gets even more horrifying. I’ve played the crap out of Rimworld and the previous DLCs, but I might wait a while to buy this new DLC. Rimworld feels like a uphill battle even in medium-level difficulty. I guess I’ll wait until I’m in the mood to feel horrified on top of that. I’m not sure I’m ready for my prisoners whose legs I cut off to keep them from escaping so that I can use them as blood banks for my vampire colonists to get mauled by monsters.
Mr. Robot. I loved the pilot episode so much, but by episode 3 or 4 it became glaringly obvious to me that the writers didn’t understand computers.
