    Snacks are fine, you just have to eat the right ones.

    I can eat apples till I feel sick and they are pretty filling.

    Or celery with peanut butter if you want protein.

    That said I’m a food is fuel person and a heavy caffeine user so maybe I’m not the person to be giving advice.

        Celery is just a peanut butter delivery system. It even reaches to the bottom of the jar as you start to run out

      Honestly, it’s a step up from “food is optional as long as I’m not heavily nauseous” so any advice is welcome to me at this point

      You should be aware that peanut butter is not a great source of protein and especially not light on calories. A tablespoon a day is probably fine but slapping it willy nilly on apples without measuring puts it squarely in junk food territory.
