Five people were hospitalized after a SUV crashed head-on into a tree on a sidewalk Tuesday in downtown Los Angeles.       Oh it definitely will notice. It could be seriously damaged, no way to know from this.

      But yes, street trees are important safety infrastructure! We should absolutely be demanding our municipalities plant and care for them on every road.
