There’s already an online community of amateur ATC that have to learn, mentor, and prove they can do ATC for online flight sims. It’s not a bad take. Some of those folks get really good at the ATC speak and are usually trained by retired or current ATC. It’s amateur but those peeps are legit and take the tasks very seriously most of the time.
