Microwaved water isn’t “incredibly dangerous”. That is wildly exaggerated. You only get that boiling seed point issue under very controlled circumstances. There is nothing “fucking weird” about it too. It is just EM being used to wiggle molecules. When you heat something on a stove you are also wiggling molecules. It is actually safer, biochemically, than, say pan or oven heating because it doesn’t char the food.
