Nice list!
My theory is that if we start with an up-to-date list, we can crowdsource updates without too much trouble. In theory?
One way to do this could be to have a GitHub repo where the list is hosted. That way if someone wants to update it, they create a pull request that can be accepted by the moderating team
Seems interesting, but where is the link?
By the way, if you are interested in movie and TV shows discussions, feel free to have a look at !movies@lemm.ee
!crochet@lemmy.ca would probably like this
They usually are drown among the news
I am not sure what you mean, there are discussions ongoing in both !letstalkaboutgames@feddit.uk and !movies@lemm.ee.
I really like Kbin, but I noticed that they have a harder time getting traction than on Lemmy. Don’t know why though, on paper there is no reason.
Sounds like a nice approach.
It seems to me that the other gaming communities have a lot of news content rather than discussions.
A bit like the difference between !moviesandtv@lemm.ee (news focused) and !movies@lemm.ee (discussion focused)
In my case I think it would be Arnold Schwarzenegger. Grew up watching his movies, the guy is still an icon.
Thanks for sharing
Nice growth for !movies@lemm.ee
I am not talking about a bot, but the human moderator.
Seems like they removed this content a few hours ago already: https://programming.dev/modlog/3474
Be careful, this isn’t a question, I’ve had such content removed before
Interesting, thanks! Did you have to pay them, or would they get a commission from the company hiring you?
Thanks for sharing! Did you see it subbed or dubbed?
Sounds good!
I updated the OP to use this post as an invitation for moderation, let’s see if we get other candidates, if not I’ll appoint you as mod in a few days :)
