I would agree that modern cars temperature controls work well. My issue is just the screen for controlling it in some of them. I don’t mind messing around with the controls in my old car, but it’s very convenient to just set a temperature and go.

I agree it might be a temperature variance thing. I will frequently use the heat in the morning going to work because it’s cold and then be using the AC on my way home because it’s hot out.
I agree, it got too cheesy and predictable since everything was so focused on feelgood moments.
MDK was hilarious and a great game too. I have played it recently and thought it still held up pretty well!
Movies are too long for one sitting and I find they condense the story to the point it is skimming the surface. TV shows and miniseries are able to flesh out worlds and characters over hours, not minutes. They just need to write the stories beforehand so the season creep doesn’t start. Make a sequel if you need to do more seasons or tell a different story in the same universe.
Thanks for the interesting read. I don’t have anything to add, but I appreciate the detailed info/analysis!
That’s cool, I can see your points. You’re right in that the story in Horizon 4 was totally like a weird power fantasy or something more than a real story. It was so bad…
I gotta say after playing Forza Horizon 4, the last thing I need is more story in a driving game. I just want to drive around and race. I don’t care about being some up and coming racer or something. Just shovel in some lame story to keep the game part moving along and I’d be happy.
This looks hella fun!
It’s ok, rereading your comment I see what you mean more about the roleplay aspect not being there. You aren’t wrong… I’d say the roleplaying in these style of games is mostly in which characters you use the most.
“Role playing games” is a pretty broad reaching term with many aspects. Some are just lighter on the choices or character customization is all. These games are more about the story and level/skill progression.
Sea of Stars definitely fits that mold you are talking about, not a ton of roleplaying in the making choices sense. It is a great game though, I’d say it’s my favorite of the year.
Clearly this person didn’t actually play Sea of Stars. What’s next, Secret of Mana isn’t an RPG? A take of sorts!
I can’t believe anybody has been paying almost $100CAD for this. I want to get it, but I can’t justify the price… See you in a few years Konami.
