If you know someone with chickens, give your pumpkins to them. The chickens love to eat the insides all the way to the edge of the rind. It is also supposed to be a natural dewormer.

Settings --> Account Settings --> Blocks

Do you have hide read posts as an option? Sync will hide all posts including pinned ones if you read them. Might want to play around with those settings.
