gex@lemmy.worldto Android@lemdro.id•Unknown tracker detection needs some kind of "remembering"English8·2 months agoAs far as I understand the trackers broadcast an id that changes every so often, that is so a tracker can’t be uniquely identified and tracked by a 3rd party. That means that your android phone can’t tell if it’s detecting the same tracker twice or two different trackers
Some web features like the clipboard API only work in “secure contexts” (ie. https or localhost)
I think that’s reasonable behavior
