You can also buy a PC for under $700 and just play on lower settings…and upgrade as needed
Not just poorly formatted…they were full of insults.
Theory: the posts are bait so Beaver can feel powerful banning people.
I’m on a (admittedly slow), slide towards vegetarianism so I’m obviously pro-vegan…but apparently I got banned two days ago for rule 5
So this is a community for venting and asking rhetorical questions now?
By the way, I am not trying to insult you at all here. This is technically a meme template but it’s not relying on a punchline someone else made
My unpopular opinion is that most memes on a template belong in the lower right rectangle. I have no idea how people laugh at the same joke they’ve seen on repeat. They’re so predictable…even before someone makes them. Like if a show/movie/game introduces a cute lil guy, someone is “making” the Brooklyn Nine Nine meme, a fan favorite is usurped by a cooler fan favorite and you’ll see the Toy Story meme, etc.
It feels so…unnatural? People rush to be the first to make the joke to get the upvotes. I saw a comment on here once that was along the lines of "the way memes are shared [through social media to a large audience of strangers] nowadays is antithetical to the definition of a meme.
I’m happy to defend my point if you disagree and I’m not opposed to changing my mind on it
Do you like configuration? Network engineer! Lots and lots of jobs in that field. The dress code thing is gonna limit a lot of entry level jobs though, I’d think. You probably won’t get a help desk job at a traditional office but who knows. Lots of jobs are remote which opens up some possibilities if you have the skills
Learning to build a PC is a great start for literally any computer job. Are there any computer stores (local, not like best buy) near you?
There’s tons of jobs in IT that don’t require coding so don’t let that discourage you
It looks pretty bad
Wouldn’t want you to be able to easily google it and find out he (correctly) attributed the hieroglyphics to the native americans, now would we?
From your first comment:
It’s a gimmick, nothing of value is lost
You’re right, you didn’t say it was useless! You said it was valueless. My bad, huge difference…
What a weird think to insult someone over. It does what it says it does and I don’t get why you’re drawing the line on what “true” wireless charging is when I’m not plugging a wire into my phone. You think I “fell for a marketing gimmick” despite using the feature almost exclusively for the past 12 years? How is it a gimmick if I get value out of it?
I like having a clean desk and not accidentally yoinking my phone off. I like not adding wear and tear to the USB port because it sucks when they break. I like that I’ve had a dozen or USB cords die but never once had to toss a wireless charger.
You aren’t the arbiter of what’s useful. You not finding value in wireless charging doesn’t mean it’s a useless gimmick. Get off damn your high horse
Wireless charging rocks, dude
No no, it’s CAPABLE of OTA updates to remain up to date. they never promised it would ship up to date
“sleek”
Looks basically the same except it’s full screen now…cool…
If Jesse Watters put on a yellow suit he could cosplay as Lee from Utopia. That is neither an insult nor an compliment, just an observation I make any time I see his face
This weirdo doesn’t even have any felonies. And to make matters worse, he thinks women should be the ones making choices about their own bodies!
Tim Walz is weird! Fellas, it is WEIRD to love and be loved by your family!
They didn’t rent space for the orgy…they made purpose-build orgy compounds.
The ribbon is better than menus. They’re even customizable. And lots of non-Microsoft software uses ribbons, too.
Plus there’s a search function right at the top if you can’t find the option you’re looking for
