Based off your personal Netflix streaming data? There’s no API for recommendations available externally. You would need to input that data into another platform. Trakt isn’t the most open, but it’s probably the most compatible with pirate services. Tbh I find that browsing ‘top trending’ on whatever add-on isn’t much different specifically for targeting results from Netflix though
