I was sent this article, but as there are no names or relevant information, I doubted it existed. It doesn’t and the article is AI slop.
A closer look seems that all “Liam Kennedy” articles are AI slop.
But is the whole site now AI? The site is going roughly 10 - 15 years, so it wasn’t always, but now I am not sure anymore.
If it is just that ‘journalist’ I will give them the benefit of the doubt, being a smaller publication and not having the know-how to uncover it, but is there any way to tell if the site has gone completely AI shit, or having to scan loads of the newer articles (I am not going to read them all and get a headache).

Some author probably decided that it’s easier to rewrite or write with AI slop factories.
Real journalism is very expensive (which is why you should pay your local journalists.)
You must be really disappointed after financially supporting that site for all that time.
